We offer various forms of hardship support to families in need through our three categories: Gas and Electric Top Ups, House Hold Appliances, and our Hardship Fund.

Our Hardship Fund has been running since the start of the pandemic and has already provided over £7,000 to families in need. After the assessment, families receive a one-time payment of £250 to help with their financial difficulties.

Additionally, we understand the importance of having essential household appliances such as cookers, washing machines, and fridge freezers. That’s why we provide these appliances to families who cannot afford to purchase new ones after their appliances have broken down.

With the rise in the cost of living, we have seen many families faced with the difficult choice between heating their homes or putting food on the table. Through our Gas and Electric Top Ups scheme, we provide assistance to families struggling with their energy bills. So far, we have helped around 50 families with top ups that vary based on family size and other factors.
